Wolf Lake Youth Sprints and Marathon – Barton Cup Qualifying K-1 and C-1 Races

Where Wolf Lake (8 miles west of Kalamazoo, Michigan on M-43) at the private residence of Dave Diget, 25th Street off of M-43. (269) 668-2928
Directions from US 131, exit 38B: drive west on M-43 approximately 7 miles. At 6/10 miles west of Wolf Lake Fish Hatchery, turn right (north) on to 25th Street. Drive ½ mile to the 3rd driveway on the right and turn right into the driveway. Drive another ½ mile to the house (32180 25th Street).
Directions from I-94 and M-40 (Paw Paw exit 60) : drive north on M-40 until it meets M-43 (approx. 6 miles north of Paw Paw). Turn right onto M-43 and drive 4.4 miles to 25th street. Turn left onto 25th Street. Drive ½ mile to the 3rd driveway on the right and turn right into the driveway Drive an additional ½ mile to the house (32180 25th Street).
Course Description: Wolf Lake is a 30 acre, semi-private lake – sand bottom. Surrounded by mature trees, this marathon course will be 4.5 miles, 6 laps of a .75 mile circular course (following shores).
Sprint races will have various starting points with all finishing in front of the spectators.

Entry Fee: $12 covers any and all races Waiver Form must be signed by paddlers and parent or guardian. PFD are required to be worn by paddlers 14 and under. Participant Race T-Shirts, Barton Certificates and medals to be awarded.
